Delete your account and data

Your data is yours. You can erase all of it — permanently — without asking anyone's permission. Here's how, and exactly what happens.

Fastest way: do it yourself, in the app

If you still have Callide installed, this takes about fifteen seconds and happens immediately.

1
Open Callide and sign in.
2
Go to Account.
3
Tap Delete my account permanently at the bottom.
4
Type your email address to confirm. That's it — it's gone.

Consider exporting your records first (Account → Export my data). Once deleted, nothing can be recovered.

Or request it here

If you've already uninstalled the app, lost access, or would simply rather we did it, fill this in. We'll verify the request against the email address on the account and confirm when it's done.

This opens your email app with the request written out. Send it, and we'll take it from there. Prefer to write it yourself? Email info@callide.ca with the subject "Account deletion request".

Your email app should have opened. Send the message and we'll confirm once the account is erased. If nothing opened, email info@callide.ca directly.
This cannot be undone. Deleting your account erases your quotes, job history, client list and expense records permanently. If you need them for taxes or a warranty claim later, export them first.

Just want to stop paying?

You don't have to delete anything to cancel. Cancelling a subscription leaves your records intact and readable. If that's what you're after, email info@callide.ca instead.
